This covers AiSSAY, Cupel, the Cupel iPhone app and the AiSSAY plugin for Claude. All of them run on your own devices. There is no account, no analytics, no telemetry and no advertising.
Nothing. AiSSAY does not send us, or anyone, what your assistant reports, what you write back, the chats you check, your games or your receipts. We do not know who uses it.
On your computer, in the .aissay folder in your home
folder, encrypted under keys made on your computer. Your assistant's own
log and the work record are kept apart under different keys and are never
joined by the software. Names and the look you choose on Cupel are kept
in your browser's storage for that page. The iPhone app keeps its pairing
code in the phone's keychain and its settings on the phone.
The AiSSAY connector talks to Claude (or another assistant you add it to) on your computer. What your assistant does with what it reads is governed by that assistant's own terms.
No one. The only network use is the one-time install of two Python packages from the Python Package Index when the connector first starts. If you turn on phone pairing, Cupel shares its page on your home Wi-Fi only, behind a code. Purchases in the iPhone app go through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms; we receive no payment card details.
Until you delete it. Deleting the .aissay folder removes
the records; clearing the Cupel page's site data removes the names and
look; deleting the app removes what it kept. There is no copy anywhere
else.
Cupel's kid mode collects nothing either. Its safety checks run on your computer and show what they find only on the grown-ups' page, behind a PIN the grown-up picks.
